Definitive Volleyball Legends Abilities Guide and Tier List [UPDATE 20] – Best Abilities for Each Position

If you’ve seen others score some easy points using special moves that you haven’t seen before, then they are definitely using abilities. Compared to styles, abilities in Volleyball Legends aren’t necessarily stronger the rarer they are. Still, some stand out from the rest. So, here is a Volleyball Legends abilities tier list to help you choose the right one for you.

    Volleyball Legends Abilities Tier List

We decided to rank abilities in the above tier list based on how useful they are in Volleyball Legends Pro servers. Playing on Pro servers assumes that your team will be more coordinated and ready to play off of each other. Volleyball Legends is all about team play, and most abilities are designed with that in mind. However, skills like Redirection Jump, Super Sprint, and Steel Block can be even more useful when playing with random players.

Best Abilities for Spiking, Blocking, Setting, Serving, and Receiving

In contrast to the tier list, some abilities in Volleyball Legends are way more useful, depending on your play style. With that in mind, below are a few abilities that pair up well with some styles from our Volleyball Legends styles tier list:

List of Abilities in Volleyball Legends

Abilities in Volleyball Legends last only for a few seconds. Generally, you will have to predict when to use them so that you don’t waste them. Here is a list of all abilities in Volleyball Legends sorted by their rarity tier, along with some tips for each of them:

    Godly (0.5%)

    A-Tier Abilities

    Ability Details Rarity
Curve Spike ability from Volleyball Legends Roblox experience • Curve Spike makes your next spike curve in the direction of your tilt (A/D on the keyboard while in the air).

    Godly (0.5%)

    Legendary (2%)

    B-Tier Abilities

    Ability Details Rarity
Boom Jump ability from Volleyball Legends Roblox experience • Boom Jump enhances your jumps.
    • It is most useful when serving and when trying to catch super-high sets from your teammates.

    Rare (35%)
Super Sprint ability from Volleyball Legends Roblox experience • Super Sprint greatly increases your movement speed.

  • Volleyball Legends Style Tier List [TIMESKIP OIGAWA]

Volleyball Legends Style Tier List [TIMESKIP OIGAWA]

The styles in Volleyball Legends match very closely to the play styles of characters from Haikyu. And just like in the fictional world, teamwork makes the dream work. However, with some styles in Volleyball Legends, you can consistently claim the MVP title. Find out which styles are the best to carry your team to victory with our Volleyball Legends style tier list below.

    Volleyball Legends Style Tier List

The above tier list ranks all Volleyball Legends styles from best to worst, depending on their overall strength. However, we did give more priority to styles that are good at spiking and blocking. As most styles in Volleyball Legends are suited only for a specific playstyle, check out the best styles for each position right below.

Best Styles for Blocking, Serving, Setting, Receiving, and Spiking

Playing scrims and teaming up with your friends in Volleyball Legends is a lot more fun if you have a style that synergizes with the rest of your team. So, here is a smaller tier list of the best styles for each of the most popular positions in Volleyball Legends:

    Volleyball Legends Style List

Below is a list of all Volleyball Legends styles and their stats based on their rarity tier. Also, we decided to convert their stats into numerical values and bold their strengths so as to highlight them. For a detailed list of abilities that match up well with some of the styles listed below, check out our Volleyball Legends abilities tier list.

Secret Styles – 0.1% Drop Rate

Secret styles in Volleyball Legends have special abilities unique to them. Because of that, Sanu and Timeskip Hinoto are definitely the best styles at the moment. Sanu has the additional tilt stat, which makes his spikes and blocks way trickier to counter. After charging up the Secret Special meter with Timeskip Hinoto, you can do super spikes that are extremely hard to block.

Godly Styles – 0.49% Drop Rate

Godly styles, even though not as powerful as the Secret ones, give you enough stats to dominate the opponents if you know what you are doing. Every Legendary style has a role for which they are suited the most. Butoku is excellent for spiking and blocking, Kageyomo is the ideal setter, and Oigawa is great at everything except for spiking.

    Style Attributes
Butoku style from Haikyuu Legends Roblox experience Block: 10
    Bump: 5
    Dive: 4
    Jump: 10
    Serve: 9
    Set: 3
    Speed: 3
    Spike: 10
Hirakumi style from the Volleyball Legends Roblox experience Block: 10
    Bump: 4
    Dive: 4
    Jump: 10
    Serve: 9
    Set: 5
    Speed: 2
    Spike: 5
Kageyomo style from Haikyuu Legends Roblox experience Block: 9
    Bump: 4
    Dive: 8
    Jump: 9
    Serve: 9
    Set: 10
    Speed: 7
    Spike: 4
Oigawa style from the Volleyball Legends Roblox experience Block: 9
    Bump: 4
    Dive: 5
    Jump: 10
    Serve: 10
    Set: 9
    Speed: 5
    Spike: 4

Legendary Styles – 2% Drop Rate

Legendary styles are relatively easy to get with a few lucky spins. However, only a few of them can compare to the Godly styles, and those are Uchishima and Kuzee. Both are great at playing on the net, but they also have enough stats to excel in other roles. Other Legendary styles are just decent in comparison.

Rare Styles – 35% Drop Rate

You will reroll a lot of Rare styles when you spin in Volleyball Legends. Most of them are only viable in casual lobbies. However, there is one exception: the Nichinoya style, which is the best style for liberos, the defensive anchors of every team.

    Style Attributes
Iwaezeni style from Haikyuu Legends Roblox experience Block: 5
    Bump: 3
    Dive: 4
    Jump: 7
    Serve: 5
    Set: 5
    Speed: 5
    Spike: 7
Ojiri style from Haikyuu Legends Roblox experience Block: 5
    Bump: 7
    Dive: 4
    Jump: 7
    Serve: 6
    Set: 4
    Speed: 5
    Spike: 4
    Nichinoya Block: 5
    Bump: 10
    Dive: 10
    Jump: 5
    Serve: 1
    Set: 3
    Speed: 7
    Spike: 3
Tsuzichiwa style from Haikyuu Legends Roblox experience Block: 8
    Bump: 2
    Dive: 4
    Jump: 10
    Serve: 5
    Set: 7
    Speed: 3
    Spike: 5

    Common Styles 62.5% Drop Rate

You will use a Common style in Volleyball Legends only if you’ve been rerolling and you ran out of Yen. All of the Common styles are practically useless, especially in ranked lobbies, so if you are about to run out of spins, stop on a Rare style and don’t risk it.

How to Reroll Styles in Volleyball Legends

To change your style in Volleyball Legends, open up the Styles menu and then use either Normal or Lucky Spins. Keep in mind that when you use a spin, you will reroll your current style, so don’t reroll over Legendary or better styles. There are two additional storage slots you can buy. They cost Robux, but I recommend getting at least one so that you can safely spin for new Styles.

And that concludes our Volleyball Legends Style Tier List. If you want to claim some free Lucky Spins and get yourself one of the best styles right away, then check out our Volleyball Legends codes. Also, get on the road to becoming an ace by reading our guide on how to spike in Volleyball Legends as well.

  • League of Legends hits pause on new skins to rework disappointing Black Rose set

League of Legends hits pause on new skins to rework disappointing Black Rose set

It’s update day in League of Legends, and while patch 25.10 is now live and the patch notes are out in the wild, it’s actually news about 25.11 that’s caught my attention. With 25.11 heading to the PBE, Riot has revealed that for the first time in a long while, there will be no new skins on the test server to uncover, and thus no new skins when the update drops later this month. The reason? Riot’s put most of its energy into reworking its underwhelming and controversial Masque of the Black Rose skin series.

The start of the year was a rough one for League of Legends, and one of several contributing factors was the fact that premium, high-cost skins were just not hitting the quality mark. One of the very first skin lines to drop in 2025, the Masque of the Black Rose set suffered from this mediocrity as well despite featuring in the battle pass, and Riot is now trying to make good with some extensive overhauls. Featuring Elise, Ezreal, Renata Glasc, Samira, Vladimir, and a Prestige Katarina, the splash arts for this set looked stunning. It also explored a really cool theme, with the Black Rose being a shady secret society in LoL’s universe.

However, when fans of the MOBA actually saw these skins on the Rift, it was a different story. There were criticisms of bland and basic designs that felt underwhelming given the money needed to acquire some of them and the expectations the splashes had set.

In 25.11, reworks for the skin line will arrive, and with the update now on the PBE you can check out the transformations for yourself. Masque of the Black Rose Elise, Renata, Samira, and Vladimir are the champion skins benefitting from enhanced visuals. The video below from SkinSpotlights is a brilliant before and after comparison.

    YouTube Thumbnail

However, the work needed to overhaul the Black Rose skins has come at a cost. “We hit pause on skins that would’ve normally dropped in this upcoming window so we could go back and give the Black Rose skins a little extra love; a mix of updates across models, textures, and VFX,” Riot reveals in the patch notes for today’s 25.10 update. So, that means that 25.11 will have no new skins to speak of. Wild.

It’s unclear from Riot’s use of the phrase “upcoming window” whether we may actually see more than one patch without new skins, but I’m assuming it’s just referring to 25.11 – we couldn’t see back-to-back skinless updates, could we? Getting just one is pretty unheard of.

LoL patch 25.11 should roll out on Wednesday, May 28 according to Riot’s update schedule.

  • How to Get the Hirakumi Style in Volleyball Legends [UPD]

How to Get the Hirakumi Style in Volleyball Legends [UPD]

The new Hirakumi Style in Volleyball Legends is a powerful, defense-focused style inspired by Hirugami Sachirō from Haikyuu. Known for its unmatched blocking ability, it’s perfect for players who enjoy saving points and controlling the game from the front line. If defense is your strength, this style is worth unlocking using the steps in this Hirakumi Style guide.

How to Unlock Hirakumi Style in Volleyball Legends

Just like all other Styles and Abilities in Volleyball Legends, the Hirakumi Style is unlocked through the gacha system. To get started, tap on the Style icon located at the bottom of the main screen. This will take you to the area where you can roll for Styles. You can choose between using Lucky Spins or Default Spins to try your luck at getting the Hirakumi Style.

Hirakumi is a Godly-tier Style, which means it’s quite rare. If you use Default Spins, the chance of getting it is only 0.5%. That’s why it’s a good idea to use Lucky Spins instead, as they give you a better chance: around 5%. Before you start spinning with Lucky Spins, make sure you select Hirakumi under the Godly Tier. This helps the system focus your rolls toward that specific Style.

Hirakumi Style Stats in Volleyball Legends

Here’s a clear breakdown of the Hirakumi Style in Volleyball Legends, along with what makes it stand out:

    • Hirakumi stands out in Volleyball Legends as the only character with a maximum Block stat. This makes him incredibly effective at shutting down attacks from any other character in the game. His blocking ability allows him to stop even the strongest spikes completely when timed correctly.
    • While his movement speed is quite low compared to others, he makes up for it with his strong defensive presence. If you’re the kind of player who prefers to control the pace of the match through solid defense and precise timing, Hirakumi is a great choice.
    • Players who stay near the net and focus on reading the opponent’s moves will get the most out of his role, using it to deliver game-changing blocks.

    And here are the Stats:

    • Block – 100%
    • Bump – 20%
    • Dive – 30%
    • Jump -100%
    • Serve – 90%
    • Set – 50%
    • Speed – 10%
    • Spike – 40%

That is all for my Hirakumi Style guide. Check out our Volleyball Legends Style Tier List to see more relevant Styles that can help you become the king of the court.
